Local Benefit Concert
For On Friday, July 25, 2008, the 1st Annual Benefit Concert For "Handicapped Hunters" was held at The Buffalo Valley Sportsmen's Club located at 950 Sportsmen's Club Rd., Mifflinburg, PA & sponsored by Joseph Wise Music. Gospel artists Joseph Wise & Barry Boney with his band "Saving Grace" performed. Over $800 was raised for this cause! The 2nd Annual Benefit Concert was held on Aug.1, 2009 at the same location. We are happy to report that it was a huge success, raising a little more than $2,000. Gospel music was provided by Joseph Wise, Barry Boney & "Saving Grace", and Jordan River Gospel Quartet. On Saturday, July 31, 2010, our 3rd Annual Benefit was held. It was kicked off in the morning with a bow shoot held at The Sportsmen's Club. Later, in concert, were True Heart Quartet, Joseph Wise, Barry Boney & "Saving Grace", and L & B Gospel. A raffle was held giving away some great prizes! We're happy to say that each year, the benefit has gotten bigger & better! With the combination of the bow shoot, concert, raffle, and the pork sandwich money, we were thrilled with the total of $5,000 being raised for this great cause! The hunts are now offered to not only handicapped youth, but also injured soldiers. Saturday, July 23, 2011 was the date of the 4th Annual Benefit. An archery shoot, once again held at The Sportsmen's Club, started at 7:00 a.m. A $20 fee was charged to be in the archery shoot, but a raffle ticket was given to enter a $20 raffle, including two bows and a sportfishing trip as prizes. In addition, a Chinese Auction was made available early in the morning, giving the archers the opportunity to check out great prizes and participate in the auction. Chinese Auction prizes included a Cricket .22 Rifle, a cedar birdfeeder, a queen size quilt, hunting items, gift certificates, etc. A gospel concert was held at 4:oo p.m. We were delighted and honored to have members from the Pennsylvania Army National Guard be part of our opening ceremony. An Outstanding Performance Award was presented from the National Guard to "Dreamcatcher Hunts" Chairman, Joseph Wise and Vice-Chair, Sam Wise. In concert was Gospel Strings, Joseph Wise, and Barry Boney with "Saving Grace". The profit from the pork sandwiches went to"Dreamcatcher Hunts". $20 Raffle ticket sales and the Chinese Auction continued at the concert. Prize winners were announced that evening. A gun cabinet and red oak porch glider were auctioned off, along with left-over pork. Money raised between the two events totaled around $4,500 to go towards future hunts. Due to extreme heat, our attendance was less for the gospel concert, but we were very pleased with the amount of money raised in spite of the weather. We are planning a September concert for 2012 to avoid an extremely hot day. We would like to extend a huge "Thank You" to everyone involved in making this benefit a success, including Our Entertainment, The Buffalo Valley Sportsmen's Club, Our "Dreamcatcher Hunts" Staff, Our Food Vendors (Ard's Farm Market, Keeley's, and Pork made by Sam Wise), volunteers who mowed the grass, the donation of the truck beds, the benefit speakers, and all those who contributed!

"Up In Heaven"
CD Benefits
We are pleased that Joseph had been chosen to sing & had recorded the song "Up In Heaven" for the PA Cystic Fibrosis Organization (PACFI). All proceeds go directly to PACFI, which directly supports CF families & research. The original concept & lyrics are by Les Lyons, owner of L.R. Lyons & Son Transportation Services, 1765 Mensch Road, Mifflinburg, PA. He was inspired to write this in memory of his niece, Shannon McClintock, who died in an auto accident in 1991. From there, he decided to donate the song to PACFI. Skip Kline, owner of Songcrafters Studio in Beavertown, PA was brought into the project, adding to the lyrics & becoming the co-writer. Joseph wrote the melody, which Skip Kline used to arrange & produce the music for this song. The cover design is by Christina Wise & Deb Hosterman at Orion Creative, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA. Deb is the owner of this business. Sam and Carol Lantz of Lantz Modular Log Homes generously paid for the initial duplicating costs of the CD. Everyone donated their time and talent for this project. We hope it will continue to greatly touch your hearts as it did ours & help to bring some comfort to those suffering from loss. "Up In Heaven" was made available on November 7, 2007.

Thank You To The Gideons! Joseph and I would like to extend a great big "Thank You" to the Gideons. Joseph sang at the 2006 Zone 9 Gideon Retreat the evening of Friday, September 15 and also throughout Saturday, September 16. It was held at Willow Valley Resort and Conference Center in Lancaster, PA. We had a very wonderful time and learned much about the Gideons and the Auxiliary. They are truly a loving, dedicated, hard-working group of men and women who have touched many people's lives and helped to bring them closer to God or to accept Christ by their distribution of bibles and prison ministries. The Joseph Wise ministry would like to thank them for all they do. We feel blessed to have gotten to know them and for this experience. Larry and Donna Keeley, my parents, extend a special "Thank You" also. God Bless, Christina and Joseph Wise (Joseph is currently a member of the Gideons!)

Arlie and Sharon Davis, Pastor Michael Dennis, Gary Young (Soundman), Angi Lahr (Lights), the Door Greeters, and anyone else involved along the way. The love and support received from Christ Wesleyan Church is so greatly appreciated! CWC has been a big inspiration to Joseph and has helped enable him to keep the music ministry strong! Also, a huge "Thank You" goes out to those not associated with Christ Wesleyan Church. Thank You for traveling and attending the Joseph Wise Concert. We hope you enjoyed the music ministry and left feeling incredibly blessed! We appreciate all your support! Thanks Again & God Bless You!!
Great Turnout for 2006 Concert at Christ Wesleyan Church Joseph was pleased with the wonderful turnout at his concert at Christ Wesleyan Church on January 15, 2006. He sang songs from "Standing on the Rock" as well as songs from his upcoming 2 CDs. Many were touched by the music. God was definitely at work! Much thanks goes out to Christ Wesleyan Church, Pastor Arlie & Sharon Davis, Pastor Michael Dennis, Pastor Keith Tyler (who played piano for "Put Your Hand in the Hand"), Gary Young (soundman), and anyone else we missed who offered to help and/or contributed in any way.
